ART-FORCE ATl: TCP’s AFFORDABLE HOUSING Artist-in-RESIDENCY
The Creatives Project is excited to expand its residency program to include TCP’s ART-FORCE housing program! ART-FORCE provides ten Atlanta based artists with affordable housing, shared studio space, and exhibition opportunities for a two year cycle. In exchange, each resident will serve the surrounding communities through educational programs on and offsite through TCP's Community Arts Program (CAP).
The residency will provide participants with flexible below market units while engaging their creative skills for the greater good. Access to additional TCP amenities on and off site such as studios, classrooms, and gallery space will foster creative growth and innovation. While in the program residents will also receive promotional support, exhibition opportunities and professional development
ART-FORCE will create new opportunities for Atlanta’s burgeoning arts community and will enable the city to retain its creative talents. The program will have a profound impact on the areas social economy by enriching community life and preserving cultural integrity while encouraging connection with Atlanta’s citizens.

The application below is only for TCP’s ART-FORCE residency. If you wish to apply for an affordable housing unit outside of TCP’s residency contact the property directly to submit a rental application.
Below is a link to the first of two applications. Additionally, ART-FORCE applicants will be required to complete a separate rental application through Guardian Management to verify financial status. The Guardian rental application fee is $35.00.
This affordable housing residency requires the participant’s annual income may not be below $31,248.00 nor exceed $36,240.00 (60% AMI) for single adults.
Each applicant must be able to commit to a maximum of three hours of outreach per week (12 hours/month)
